Exterior House Washing
We utilise a safe low-pressure ‘soft-wash’ process to clean exterior surfaces. A special blend of bio-degradable detergents is applied to the surface which loosens and neutralizes the dirt, grime and mould build-up and then we rinse the surface clean using low to medium water pressure.

Our quotes for exterior house washing are from the gutter to the accessible ground level and include outside of gutters, spouting/downpipes, eaves/sofits, joinery, entrance-ways and the base of the building.

Chimney Sweeping & Repairs
Our business has been sweeping and servicing chimneys in the Bay off Islands area since 1989.
We are members of the New Zealand Home Heating Association and have completed the required level of training to be able to offer you this service. This requires us to have complete Public Liability Insurance - protecting everyone.

If you use your fire or stove during winter we recommended you book a sweep and service every year before Autumn - don't forget there are often stowaways - such as birds hidden in your chimney or deterioration that you may not be able to see yourself, so it is best to get everything checked before the Winter..

Window Cleaning - Pure Water Cleaning System

All of our exterior window cleaning is done using our Pure Water Cleaning Systems
which uses de-ionised, filtered water. This removes the impurities in normal tap water that cause water streaks and spotting - leaving your windows sparkling and spot free.

From the ground we are able to use our high tech telescopic high reach Carbon Fibre Poles to eliminate the use of ladders, scaffolding & cherry pickers. Saving time and money for the customer whilst always ensuring the safety for our staff. We currently service a wide range of commercial properties - if you own or lease a building that requires regular window cleaning services we'd be happy to arrange for a regular cycle quote.
Roof Cleaning - moss, mould & lichen treatment
Moss, mould and lichen on your roof can not only look unsightly, it can cause considerable damage to your property.
Our roof cleaning services use low pressure equipment to apply a unique cleaning treatment, which gradually and safely removes moss and lichen from your roof. Our process does not require access onto the roof itself, we can apply the cleaning solution from the gutter line in most cases.

We prefer this gentle and gradual treatment to pressure washing a roof, as pressure washing at height presents risks both to our team and to your property which we believe are not necessary. The complete treatment process continues for 3 - 4 months, with the wind and rain naturally removing the dead moss and lichen fragments from your roof - to reveal a clean, clear roof - as good as new!
